Refund and Return Policy

We understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary, so we’ve crafted our Refund and Return Policy to make the process simple, fair, and transparent. Our goal is to create a smooth and hassle-free experience for you. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please read through the following guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns for 30 days from the date of delivery. If you are unhappy with your sneakers for any reason, you can return them under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags and labels must be attached.
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Personalized or customized items (such as custom-made sneakers).
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

How to initiate a return:

  • To start a return, please contact us at contact@hotelads.xyz within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, item details, and the reason for return.
  • We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned sneakers and inspect them to ensure they meet the conditions for return, we will issue a refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note the following:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped.
  • If the returned sneakers are not in their original condition (used, worn, or damaged), a restocking fee may be applied or the return may be rejected.

Refunds will only be processed if the sneakers are returned in new, unused condition. We highly recommend packing the sneakers securely in their original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

3. Exchange Policy

If you receive the wrong size, color, or style, or if your sneakers are defective, we are happy to offer you an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability. Here’s how it works:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your sneakers.
  • We will send you the correct item once we receive your returned sneakers. If the requested item is out of stock, we will provide you with a full refund or offer an alternative product.
  • If you want to exchange your sneakers for a different style or size, you must return the original pair and place a new order for the exchange.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our products, but occasionally, items can be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer an easy and free return process. To return a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order at contact@hotelads.xyz.
  • Provide a description of the damage and photo evidence if possible.
  • We will send you a prepaid return shipping label to return the item at no cost to you.
  • Once we receive the defective item, we will either issue a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

5. Return Shipping Costs

In general, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the product is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent, we will cover the return shipping. Please keep a tracking number for your return shipment to ensure it reaches us safely.

For exchanges or if you wish to return your item for reasons other than defects, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the item, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.

6. How to Return an Item

Returning your sneakers is simple! Follow these easy steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  3. We will issue a return authorization and guide you through the next steps.
  4. Package your sneakers securely in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  5. Ship your return item to the address provided by our customer service team. For returns due to defects or wrong items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
  6. Once your return is processed, a refund or exchange will be completed according to your request.

7. Refund Notification

After processing your return, you will receive an email notification confirming the refund or exchange details. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

8. Important Considerations

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in new, unused condition. We inspect all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Any returns made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
